We are sorry that you felt so neglected. We are a small family dealership and do not have a crew of salespeople that hover every minute, however, we also do not want you to feel neglected. Most people appreciate the more relaxed buying atmosphere. I'm not sure what happened that day. Maybe somebody was at lunch or otherwise indisposed but once the guys in the shop were aware you needed help they should have dropped what they were doing to attend you. Again, we are sorry you felt neglected. As far as the visible signs of collision. That's a hurtful exaggeration. Part of reconditioning used cars for resale includes refinishing bumpers or other cosmetic improvements and it shouldn't be the kiss of death if a car was in a fender bender previously as long as it was repaired properly. Being in the insurance business I'm sure you agree. Emphatically, we do not deal in salvage or wrecked and rebuilt/restored vehicles. We provide free history reports, offer our biased opinions when asked and encourage people to get professional inspections prior to purchasing.

We apologize on behalf of Jason for the way you feel. There is no excuse for making someone feel like this. We are sorry for whatever happened and state emphatically that we are committed to treating people with respect and kindness. The same way we expect to be treated. This kind of review hurts. I admit that we are human and occasionally not at our best. However that is no excuse. Even though we don't know who this is we apologize for the way they feel they were treated. It's true if we treat people like that we will not be in business long. We are committed to treating people with respect and kindness. The same way we like to be treated. Please accept this apology and give us another chance.

Gave us a non-refundable deposit then changed his mind. We told him about the accident on Carfax before hand and the report we were to give him was our Carfax report. We make it very clear that it is a non-refundable deposit and that you should not commit to buy unless you are SURE. He committed and gave the deposit then changed his mind.

He bought a 160,000 mile Truck that was heavily used. He had his mechanic check it before hand. We discounted it to compensate for needed repairs and sold it AS-IS. He bought it with his eyes wide open. We went above and beyond to ensure he understood what he was getting and even still helped him after the sale to remedy some of his complaints. We regret he is not happy but our conscience is clear.

We ask for a copy of your license if you want to test-drive our car. We keep the copy in case there are any questions about who was driving our vehicle. We keep the information for a short time then destroy it. Upon request, we are happy to return the copy keeping only the following information. Name, Address, DL#. If you don't want us to have this information then you are free to not test-drive our car.

This angry person is probably used to getting his way by acting condescending and rude. We would have been happy to accommodate him if he wasn't so loud and obnoxious and took the time to listen, just a little bit. We do not profile customers nor treat them rudely and encourage all to take a test drive, regardless of the vehicle.
