At this time I see no way to improve on my experience as it appears that prices for repair work is set by Mercedes. I have learnt my lesson and will move on. As A person who influences others I will have to advise them on the cost of owning A Mercedes. You may want to pass this information exchange on to Mercedes management for review. I am already upset about my Mercedes and the current lawsuit. This was the final straw for me.
