This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car. From my first visit in May to build my new GLC to the consistent follow up on the tracking of the expected delivery to the arrival of my ne new car. Marc was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions through out the process. When it came to preparing for delivery and working with Vitor on the paperwork he was also amazing and helpful. On delivery day Marc had everything ready for me and spend as much time as I needed showing me how to navigate through the differences between my 2016 GLC and the new 2024 GLC. He even followed up with videos for me after that were very helpful. Marc did experience an issue in getting my inspection sticker, completely out of his control, however during this time he stayed in touch with me with updates on timing while I waited very comfortably in the show room of the dealership. Amazing overall experience and I look forward to my first service at Smith Motors. More
