Dropped car off to price out how much the sunroof would cost to fix it the rails. Was never informed that a charge would be associated with the cost estimate. After going back and forth with the Services m cost to fix it the rails. Was never informed that a charge would be associated with the cost estimate. However, when I went to pick up the car, which was left over night, the car was unlocked and it wouldn’t turn on. Someone might have left a light on and had to be jumped. Service manager did not offer any apology or acknowledgement. Will most likely not have my vehicle serviced there. More
