I recently had my Mercedes serviced. It had a complicated service problem where the vehicle had an intermittent issue. I received a call from Matt my service advisor within 12 hours of dropping it off. They believed they replicated my issue but to be on the safe side they kept my vehicle 2 more days to confirm the issue. They called exactly when they said they would and I was happy when I received a call of completion. Upon picking my vehicle up the service writer spent the time to go through each cost line by line to put me at ease they fixed my suspension problem. I am happy to say 3 days later my vehicle is driving as it should standing tall. I am confident and happy to continue to do business with Smith Mercedes. There were no surprises bills or ridiculous additional fee’s aside from what was discussed. I would happily recommend this Dealership to family and friends without hesitation they are pleasure to do business with. More
