In all honesty I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Smith. From the very beginning working with Brock was amazing he was super helpful very knowledgeable and just had a nice dispositio my experience at Smith. Then to Loren what can I say about Loren he was outstanding to work with gave me all the information I requested and was very willing to work with me on all questions and requests, he was also excellent. With Brock’s help the service team was able to determine that my other car a C300 was involved in a recall for the back suspension and the team took care of it in a day with outstanding professionalism! All in all the Smith team deserves a gold medal for the outstanding salesmanship and support with buying my preowned 2017 E300 which I absolutely LOVE. A+ Team you are great and we’ll be back!
