Not pleased at all. After a 2 1/2 hour wait and being told the battery I purchased 4 months ago was no good, I pay for a new battery. I was told they took the car for a ride and everything was all set, so I leave. After pulling out the lot and getting to a red light and stopping with the economy light on, my car goes into neutral. This was why the car was brought to Mercedes in the first place and here I am 2 1/2 hours later and down $601.59 for a battery, labor and balancing my tires. So I turn around and explain the situation to the manager. I am told I will be given a loaner car at no cost they did not want to rush to figure out the issue for the second time, since it was not originally addressed. The next day I receive a call that my car was ready and I owe an additional $189.00 for the auxiliary battery. Now I am wondering if there was indeed anything wrong with the original battery I bought? Also wondering if my car was ever driven on the highway to see if the tires were indeed balanced? More
