Impressed with the reviews(came HIGHLY recommended from Consumer Reports), I knew this was the car I had to have! When I arrived this past Saturday, Mike and his team went right to work! They were patient, courteous and above all, professional! I never felt rushed into purchasing the car. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable Michael was with the Telluride...even took the time to help set up the UVO app on my phone. Within 2 hrs...I was driving off the lot with a 2021 Kia Telluride LX AWD! I STRONGLY recommend Michael and Kia Smithtown to anyone who's looking to buy a car without the hassle! More

They mark up the prices (I knew the price from KIA Motors America) and acted like they are doing YOU a favour. Not a good experience when I came to pick up my new car after waiting 4 months. Finally got it but was rushed out the door with a "so long". No fanfare nothing for my very first new car. Mind you, I searched for my car myself and located what I wanted. Sales manager was the worst (said he could sell my car like that over the phone). No perks, not even a key chain or something for the long wait. I mean who is buying a car during a pandemic and economic crisis? Alexa is the best and Alex was attentive knowledgeable and nice even though it was not his sale. So 5 stars for them. I've been reading other reviews and see a pattern with them. Only will tolerate them now because of the inspections & oil changes since I'm supposed be honoured to get that from them! Really hope I have no problems with the car. Already a recall on it but not my trim. Had the car less than 2 weeks. I thought Generation Kia was worse by marking up Telluride's $10,000 or more but Smithtown Kia raised the bar. They had better not mess up my DMV paperwork again with the wrong address🙄 More
