Kicked tires at several dealerships when my Audi lease neared termination, and Smithtown Kia was the only dealership that took the time to answer our questions on the spot, offering up the convenience of neared termination, and Smithtown Kia was the only dealership that took the time to answer our questions on the spot, offering up the convenience of a test drive without any prior appointment, and did not push to gather our information or hard sell us on the Telluride or any other car in their lot. Alexis Budani never made us feel that our inquiries were an inconvenience. And Amithtown Kia was also the only dealership who followed up with a courtesy call. Alexa was helpful, thoughtful and attentive to our concerns, and when it came time to actually make a decision on our next car, she made it easy to choose Kia. More

The entire staff at Smithtown Kia, especially Scott Preston and Gerard Rennie, made the entire new car purchasing/leasing process stress free, seamless and enjoyable as it was meant to be. So much so, Preston and Gerard Rennie, made the entire new car purchasing/leasing process stress free, seamless and enjoyable as it was meant to be. So much so, we decided to lease 2 brand new 2021 vehicles, a Seltos EX and a Stinger. Their sales approach was honest and straight forward, delivering everything they promised to in a timely manner. Gerard is an outstanding sales representative. He was fully knowledgeable of the product he was selling and took the time to go through every detail of the vehicle. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership and Gerard in particular. Contrary to other dealerships I have done business with, this was an outstanding experience! More

Dealership was great, but Mike was awesome! Super friendly and genuinely nice customer service. Hard to find nowadays. He made the experience easy. Dealership very clean and was welcomed as soon as I step inside the door. This was my first time to consider leasing a car. Alexa was very attentive and explained the process and showed my son and I to sev inside the door. This was my first time to consider leasing a car. Alexa was very attentive and explained the process and showed my son and I to several cars to consider and to take a test drive. She explained the various amenities each car had. Once I selected the car, I met with Craig Miller, the Finance Manager, who explained the various finance costs for the car I selected. Alexa then arranged for the plates to be put on the car, and then sat with me in the car to review, download and explain the amenities. What a GREAT crew !! More
