Great Sales Experience - Fair Pricing for New Telluride I traveled on the LIRR for 2 hours from Brooklyn, New York to purchase my new Kia Telluride from Smithtown Kia. This was the best dealership experienc I traveled on the LIRR for 2 hours from Brooklyn, New York to purchase my new Kia Telluride from Smithtown Kia. This was the best dealership experience I had in a very long time. Ray Nassar is an asset to Smithtown. He quoted me a fair price and did everything to get me in and out the door fast. All registration and insurance paper work were done beforehand. The finance person was a little pushy with the warranty options but I understand he is only trying to do his job (I would have given them 5 stars otherwise). Just do your homework before hand. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Ray and Smithtown Kia. I wish I lived closer so I can get my car serviced there. More

I had a wonderful experience on my recent purchase of a 2019 Niro at Smithtown Kia. After originally started my search online a representative from Smithtown Kia reached out to me and helped me set up an a 2019 Niro at Smithtown Kia. When I arrived at the dealership the car I was interested in was waiting right in the front. My salesperson was Gerard. Even though I had done a lot of research on the car, Gerard told me so many things I did not know. He let myself and my family member test drive the vehicle and was very patient while I was making my decision. He answered all my questions about financing and helped me get a great deal. He then escorted me to meet the other Kia employees to get my insurance set up and hear all my warranty options. I did not have to wait at all. I was provided with all the information, but not pressured in any way to purchase additional options or make a decision right away. In fact, Jeff suggested that I take home the brochures and review the material before I gave him an answer. I had automatic start added to the car. Gerard worked around my schedule and had my new car ready with its added features and a full tank of gas. He helped me set up my apple car play and reviewed the car a second time to make sure I was comfortable. Finally, he assured me I could contact him in a week, months, and years later if I ever had any questions about my new car. I was very nervous going into this process because it was my first brand new car, but I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the process was. Everyone I met with was friendly, helpful, and concerned that I had the best experience. More

He listened to my needs and concerns and worked with his management to get me the car I wanted at a great price. Kyle's knowledge of the vehicles and professionalism were very impressive. Kyle is not your typical pushy salesperson, and he doesn't have to be because Kia vehicles really sell themselves. Pushy salespeople do nothing for me but push me out the door to go somewhere else. Kudos to Smithtown Kia for hiring such a personable and knowledgeable young man.
