Gives the customer great options and explains clearly each one. Expertise- Knows the new Kia Telluride VERY well!!!...You can tell he loves this SUV...He knows all the details of each trim!! Effort - Takes you on any reasonable test drive you want. Whatever question he needs clarification on he wont try to make up an answer but rather, will find out from managers. Hes very honest and straight forward. Excellence- Sam takes much pride in making you feel comfortable. Hes very social in normal conversation and makes you feel as if you and he have know each other for years. Makes you laugh without talking about car sales while at the same time VERY professional in his respect. I wouldn't be surprised if he has military background discipline. Energy- He moves throughout the office swiftly and never keeps you waiting.Always follows up with you if being delayed. He doesn't grab unrelated phone calls. Totally focuses on the customer.. Brought a used car. Purchased a used car for my son from Caleb . He was very down to earth and easy to negotiate with . He wasn’t pushy but a pleasure to deal with . Salesman’s dream perhaps to get one customer walk in Looking For two cars at once. We had been to another KIA dealer prior to Smithtown and that left a very bad taste in our mouth. But we were interested in the car brand so we gave this dealership a try. We honestly had a very positive experience from beginning to end. We were pleasantly surprised with the trade in offer, so that made trading in the old car very positive. We also visited the dealership many times throughout the process. We were initially greeted by a young salesman, Kyle, who turned out to be a gem. Kyle was fantastic from A to Z. We started out knowing we wanted a soul, but which model? We were also pretty sure we also wanted a Sorento. Kyle was so patient with every question we had and never, and I mean never, tried to push us towards any particular car. He listened to what we said we wanted in our cars, and helped guide us to the best choices for us. He even gave us his cell number so that if we had questions between visits we could get in touch with him easily. We used it, hopefully not too much! He was always happy to answer any questions we had and never pushed to get us back in to close the deal. In the end we did get the soul, and ended up with the Sportage instead of the Sorento. No one is more surprised than me that we switched to the Sportage and that is due in large part to Kyle really listening to our needs. Financing guy was super nice, and very informative. He worked with us over the phone beforehand running thru options for us to maximize interest rates and rebates. I can’t find anyone who has ever said I enjoy car shopping. I don’t really either, but these guys definitely took some of the pain out of it. I would absolutely positively not hesitate to recommend them. If you are in the market for a KIA, go visit!
