Rosa helped us get our paperwork finished and even though it was late she didnt rush us through. She carefully explained everything until we were very comfortable signing off on the deal. Kia’s service department came to the rescue when we noticed an afternarket part was left on our car the next day. They took us in right away and removed the part. It is possible to be a business that needs to focus on the bottom line and still be fair and honest and considerate of the customer. I appreciate a good solid team and that is why the last four cars we have purchased/leased have been from Smithtown Kia. More
