I came back a week later after trying to sell my wife on getting a new car and Mike made the process very easy. He doesn't seem to be one of those "sleazy car salesmen". He communicated to me like a friend and that's what made me purchase from a dealer that was 20 miles away from my house rather than the one that's a mile away from me. Also he drinks Red Bull and that helped a bunch with my purchase, being employed by them myself. More

After being totally dissatisfied having visited Generation Kia in Bohemia NY I thought we should go to another dealership and went to Kia of Smithtown. My wife and were glad we did and received the most courteous and respectful service I ever experienced at any dealership ever visited regardless of the manufacturer. Salesman Gerard was peasant and knowledgeable about the product . He and Greg Carrion worked with us to achieve the best deal possible considering we were 35,000 miles over the allowed mileage. We felt confident and comfortable with the final deal and would recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Kia product. Gerard Ragan, business manager, worked with us on the final closing, was professional and well experienced. The closing went as expected, no last minute surprises or hassel. I'm sure these gentlemen will and are successful at their trade because of the relationships they establish with the customer, their professionalism and knowledge. I told him about my car and I would consider trading if my payments didn't go up too much. We talked and he made it work pretty darn well. The best part was, they had one 2016 Soul left, in my absolute favorite color. So now I am about to drive home in my brand new, Caribbean Blue, Kia Soul. You just can't beat that. Need a new car? Only dealer i have wver gone back to I have to say both of my visits to smithtown kia were amazing. From sales to finance to managnent all went above and beyond. As a person with less then stellar credit I never thought i could be approved for a new car. But Gerard in sales made it his mission to put my family in a safe reliable car for the first time ever honestly. We were shocked we were approved and havent stopped smiling since. If that was not reason enough for you to pay them a visit. 4 months after getting the new car we found out kid #2 is coming. So we needed a car big enough for 2 kids a dog and all the junk that comes along. Since Gerard was so helpfull last time not only with the car but also planning iur futur and helping us with finances we figured lets go talk to him and get some advice. All i can say is once again the entire staff amazed us. They were able to get us into a 2 year old van while still having the original new car loan and still less then stellar credit ( ill let Gerard and Rosa fight over whos gold star that is). We got some much needed advice reassurance the right can for us all with no pressure at all and a constant reminder that if were not comfortable or ok that we can wait its no rush. I can honestly say that Rosa Gerard Joe and everyone else there are like family. The entire environment is warm loving and pressure free. Ive never herd a dealer say thats not gonna be right for you (unless its and upsell) but these guys would not let me buy a smaller suv juat cuz i needed something for a family. And they worked very hard to get us in the van. I feel a true connection with them and am happiky a customer for life if they need anything from us i hope they know they can call anytime. It is the only dealership that wont laugh at you for a credit score less then 550 intead theyll say ok we want to help heres what you can do to improve your score and what we can do to help you. A god send for a growing family More
