Having to buy a new car can be somewhat challenging. However, Chad from Smithtown Kia couldn’t have made the process any easier. Chad offered me a fair price on my trade-in. At no time did Chad ever try to challenge me to increase my price point of a vehicle. I ended up financing the vehicle through Kia, which was again a very seamless process. Chad, knew from the being I was not going to be purchasing any upgrades for the vehicle. Chad relayed that information to the finance manager before I sat down with him to finalize the purchase. The finance manager as well didn’t pressure me with any sales tactics.
