After bringing my car in for servicing, I received a call from Genelle seeing if I was interested in trading my 2018 Sportage in for a new one. I told her I was but would have to see what I could get for min from Genelle seeing if I was interested in trading my 2018 Sportage in for a new one. I told her I was but would have to see what I could get for mine. I met with Genelle the following weekend she was kind, patient, thorough and honest. She listened to all I wanted in the new car and took me a test drive. I loved the way the car drove and she totally hooked me up. It wasn’t supposed to come in until the 20th but she gave me a call Thursday and said it was in. I picked it up yesterday. Genelle was fantastic to work with and handed me over to Rich in the finance department to finish everything up. Rich was fantastic to work with and treated me like family. Even though he was having a busy day, he took his time and explained all financial’s to me carefully. Rich even new that I was a returning customer and how many cars I have purchased from them. Rich then handed me back over to Genelle and she brought me out to my new car and I was on my way. This in my 5th Sportage and I have purchased them all through Smithtown Kia. I continue to return to Smithtown Kia because of their wonderful service department. I highly recommend Smithtown Kia, you will not be disappointed.
