We had an easy "back and forth" pricing discussion, without any of the hard sell or tricky tactics that so often occur in car sales. He answered all of our questions, allowed us plenty of time to ourselves to discuss things (my mom and I do not make decisions quickly!), and did not pressure us at all. He put my mom in a car that perfectly fits her needs, tastes and finances. I will also happily note that the Dealership was fair and straightforward with the lease details -- just as it should be. Some dealers are notorious for stuffing their lease agreements with "car prep fees," inflated "document fees," and similar crap that aren't disclosed until the last second in order to squeeze every last penny from the unwary customer. I am very pleased to report that Smithtown Nissan did not play any of these games with us. The fees (DMV, document, tire disposal, etc.) were very reasonable. It is most refreshing and comforting to deal with an honest and fair dealer. I was very pleased with the experience and would happily recommend Sebastian and his crew to anyone shopping for a new Nissan. In fact, the "bang for the buck" we found at Nissan was amazing. I suggest anyone shopping for a new car check out the brand before buying anything else. More
