100% satisfied I saw a 2014 Pathfinder on Smithtown's website, I was interested in it and called to set up a test drive. I spoke with Sebastian for a few minutes and I saw a 2014 Pathfinder on Smithtown's website, I was interested in it and called to set up a test drive. I spoke with Sebastian for a few minutes and then I met with him about an hour later, He thoroughly explained the vehicles specifications and equipment and how to operate the countless features. I took the car for a test drive and it was exactly what I was looking for. I came back a few days later after driving a few more vehicles to negotiate a deal and it wasn't the experience that I've had from past experiences at other dealerships. I was comfortable, no pressure. I made an offer, Sebastian presented it and came back a few minutes with a counter, shortly after i met Joe Urso who was able to wrap the deal up. I signed on the dotted line and the car was mine. When I was done with all the paper work Sebastian went over its features again and answered all my questions. We inspected the vehicle; it was perfect, better than mint. I drove away completely satisfied...it was a great experience all around. More

The sales manager Joe Urso was a true gentleman, polite, frank and most importantly honest and truthful. They bent over backwards to help me with the excess miles and wear and tear on my previous lease. Hey listen, buying a car is almost as fun as chewing on tinfoil. You have to go into it with the hope that the people you deal with are honest and trustworthy and that you get a FAIR deal. These two gentlemen are just that. You also cant expect to get a car for nothing or next to nothing. You don't want to get ripped off, I understand that but you also have to realize these people at the dealership are also trying to make a living just like the rest of us. Everybody needs to make a living and a fair deal does just that. This is my second car from this dealership and I will most definitely return. More

Misrepresentation of price quote Quoted a monthly figure by sales, when paperwork was brought to manager we were told the actual lease quote would be $26 more per month Sales person s Quoted a monthly figure by sales, when paperwork was brought to manager we were told the actual lease quote would be $26 more per month Sales person stated he was wrong to give us this quote but he was"busy and running around" was able to secure a slight negotiation with "manager" but not at initial quote. Hope to have a good experience with the vehicle but left disappointed with the sales process. Sales person stated he was working there for 12 years so we feel he should have known what the monthly fee was and his quote should have been honored by management. More
