2015 Altima - Bad Transmission after 80 miles I took delivery of a brand new Altima SV on 3-13-15. On 3-15-15 after clocking a total of 80 miles I started experiencing transmission problems with t I took delivery of a brand new Altima SV on 3-13-15. On 3-15-15 after clocking a total of 80 miles I started experiencing transmission problems with the vehicle and a check engine light. I returned the car to the dealer for service the next day and was told that the car needs a new transmission. The dealership refused to take the car back and give me a different one, stating they would fix the car. I feel that I should not be stuck with this LEMON of a car. GIVE ME A NEW VEHICLE OR CANCEL MY LEASE AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I made a formal complaint with Nissan Consumer Affairs and now im waiting for a response from them and to work on a resoultion with the dealership. More

Made my life difficult and lied to my face I was having issue with getting my registration because DMV was backed up. Thus, my temporary was going to expire before my proper registration forms I was having issue with getting my registration because DMV was backed up. Thus, my temporary was going to expire before my proper registration forms came in. I call the NY DMV and they say call the dealership and get an extension. I call in the morning and talked to Andrey and he said they don't do extensions. So, I went in person to confront him. And then he lies straights to my face and says that they don't do registration extension. Now, how is it I know he lied, well because I told him to call DMV and they will tell him what they told me. So, he goes upstairs and calls and lo behold he comes downstairs with an extension for temporary registration. The worst part is he didn't have the decency to apologize. He knew he lied to me and will probably lie to the next person coming in. More
