Smithtown Nissan is the elite among long island car dealerships. I have never been treated like a customer there. I have only been treated as if I was a member of the family. Michael Fariello was more of a friend than a salesperson. He knew everything about the cars, gave us some great advice, and got us in to a beautiful 2014 loaded Altima for a price that well within my budget. When I had an issue with my Rouge lease return, three weeks after the sale, he handled it effortlessly. Just another example that the service doesn't stop after the sale is made and he truly cares for the well being of his customers.
