I had been to a number of dealerships and the first thing to impress me at Smithtown Nissan was when Keith greeted my daughter and I at the door. He was kind and not pushy. As fate would have it, both my vehicles broke down and required too great an investment to fix. I was determined to get a reliable car, one that also felt safe. After the test drive, I knew the Altima was for me. Keith negotiated and worked with me until a price was met, with great satisfaction from me. My daughter and I could tell that Keith was genuinely happy for us, that means much. As for Will, he too, was terrific. I quickly told her that we were not interested in buying a car, we were just killing time while my oil change was done. She was understanding but evidently made me an offer that I could not refuse. I was under severe time restraints but she and Joe and Christian all made it possible for me to drive away in my fabulous new truck in record time. I had absolutely no intention to buy a truck that afternoon but thanks to Jill and Joe and Christian I did. And, I am thrilled. Mike was excellent and upfront about my wife and I buying a new car. The dealership gave me max for my trade in. Mike took his time and explained to me the steps about buying the car.
