Smithtown Nissan Is such a scam. They send out these scratch offs. You get the winning number 30478 call the number and give the girl your confirmation code. When would you like to make an appointment to pick up your prize? I make the appointment, drive 35+ minutes to get there for them to tell me I need to match the confirmation code to what they have in the store. A bunch of misleading liars and I will never do business there. They just want you in the door to try to sell you a car. The last time I went there they told me my tires wouldn't pass inspection. I go to pep boys. They bring me in the back and physically show me my tires pass with the tool they use. More

This is the 3rd Nissan I have owned and the 2nd car that Ive bought from Brian and he is the reason I travel to Smithtown Nissan. I live in Nassau county and have 3 Nissan dealers within 5 miles of my house and I have to pass several more Nissan dealers to come to Smithtown Nissan but it is well worth the trip to recieve the professional level of service provided by Brian and your Smithtown team. Other Nissan dealers should take page out of your teams playbook to improve their customer service levels. Buying a new car is usually a stressfull experiance but not at Smithtown Nisaan Great Job !!!!!!!!!! More
I walked into Smithtown Nissan in search of a decent price on a lease for a 2014 Nissan Maxima. I have been to other dealerships on Long Island but I just got the run around and ended up walking out irr price on a lease for a 2014 Nissan Maxima. When I went to Smithtown Nissan I was met by sales consultant Jill Pulsinelli whom got me the price I was looking for on the first try. She was very nice and professional and made the whole experience very painless (going to look for a new car can sometimes be a headache). I would recommend Jill as well as Smithtown Nissan. More

I came in with the desire to get out of my old Nissan Maxima lease and start a lease on the new 2014 Nissan Altima. In addition, I wanted to have lower payments than my Maxima but still have many of the Maxima lease and start a lease on the new 2014 Nissan Altima. In addition, I wanted to have lower payments than my Maxima but still have many of the same features I had in that car that I loved. Between the exceptional salesman Larry and the manager Joe, I was able to do just that. I got a deal that was better than what I had hoped for. I also received attention and exceptional costumer service that I had not had at the other dealerships with prior car purchases. Despite wind, rain and cold, Larry went out with me to the parking lot to look at the different cars and color options/combinations. He pulled out two different cars for me to test drive while I was waiting inside a warm, cozy dealership floor. He took care of all paperwork, insurance and registration matters in phenomenally brisk period of time. From the time I walked into the dealer and after all of the discussions, explanations, thinking, choosing, test driving, moving things from old to new car and signing paperwork, I was driving away from the dealer in my Brand New Altima in less than 200minutes (just over 3hours). Absolutely incredible, as it has taken me longer to once buy a computer from best buy. That evening, as I was walking to my condominium, a neighbor noticed that I got a new car, so I stopped and chatted with him about it. He asked me which dealer I went to, assuming it was Atlantic, which is the closer own to our complex, but I made sure to mention that it was Smithtown Nissan and that it was a fantastic experience, something that should be the gold standard for all dealerships. Buying a car at Smithtown Nissan was a stress free no hassle experience. I was very impressed how the salesman really respected my time and did not play the normal sales games.
