The experience I had was superior to many other dealerships. The salesman, Billy could not have been more helpful and was extremely personable. Solid dealership. Got me out of a '09 CRV lease and into a '10 Altima. Very quick (in and out in less than 3 hrs with the new car). Salesperson was polite and courteous. Only complaint is that I referred my a '10 Altima. Very quick (in and out in less than 3 hrs with the new car). Salesperson was polite and courteous. Only complaint is that I referred my brother to the dealership and he bought a car a week later, I was promised a referral check which I have still not received. Why promote a referral program if you are not going to follow through on your word? Anyway, an overall good experience aside from that one problem. More
