The reason why I didn't give the dealership five stars was because when I picked up the car there were some areas of the car were scratched and/or dirty. I did pick up the car at night and it was raining so I didn't not complete a full walk-around inspection of the car upon pick up. Kenny and I had a chance to look at the car again on the next day and he offered to have the crew clean it again. I have been too busy given the holidays and work to get out there to have the cleaning completed. More
