He knew not only all the features of my new purchase, but of my old car as well, so that it was easy to make a comparison. Sitting with the finance person is normally a tedious task. Allison, however, made the procedure quick and easy to understand. She answered all of my question completely and made a normally unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. More

Lied to by Greg! My previous salesperson Bob Mitchell was on vacation and I regret seeing Greg on my new lease. I should have waited! He blatantly lied to me about th My previous salesperson Bob Mitchell was on vacation and I regret seeing Greg on my new lease. I should have waited! He blatantly lied to me about the payment of my vehicle. I returned my rogue in October and paid for that vehicle for the month. He told me that I was prepaying my pathfinder for October and November, and that my next payment would not be due until December. I received a statement saying November was NOT paid. I called and spoke to Artie the finance person who directed me to speak with Greg. Greg basically told me to call Nissan and have them credit me for the month of October that I paid for the rogue I was returning. I asked if he could Help me since this was all their doing. I was very frustrated to say the least, and he hung up on me!!! The manager Scott is now looking into for me. Needless to say I am very disguised by my eperience and the unprofessionalism displayed by Greg who has no customer service skills! He was more concerned on telling me how to answer the survey questions that Nissan sends and kept telling me I have to rate him with 5 stars and even gave me a cheat sheet of questions and answers More
