We were greeted by James and immediately felt comfortable with him. We did not intent to make a decision at that time but working with James and him doing everything possible to get us what we wanted, we made the decision on the Rogue that day. James knew we wanted a pin strip and he made it happen. Once we brought the car home we were having trouble with the blue tooth feature and he came to our house to help us. No one else would have done that. We're hoping he is still there in 3 years when this lease is up so he can help us with our next car. More
