James was excellent and could not be more helpful We had a Nissan previously and were happy with the car and the dealership at that time so we returned to look at a new vehicle when our prior lease wa We had a Nissan previously and were happy with the car and the dealership at that time so we returned to look at a new vehicle when our prior lease was up. We were greeted by James and immediately felt comfortable with him. We did not intent to make a decision at that time but working with James and him doing everything possible to get us what we wanted, we made the decision on the Rogue that day. James knew we wanted a pin strip and he made it happen. Once we brought the car home we were having trouble with the blue tooth feature and he came to our house to help us. No one else would have done that. We're hoping he is still there in 3 years when this lease is up so he can help us with our next car. More

Disappointing The first time I went to get my car lease was great. my second experience was unprofessional. I always recommended smithtown Nissan, but unfortunately I can't now. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone about my experience. It's a shame because I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and still had to deal with gimmicky and terrible service from the sales associate. If he wasn't rude I would have gave him a 10 liked he asked for. almost all the questions we asked were avoided. The manager knew what he was doing and talking about, but I don't know if he was aware of the service we were actually getting. I was pretty much confirming every important part of the transaction with him and not the sales person. I have to pick a person so I put the financial woman's name because she was great. I do not remember the sales associate nor do I want to. On a side note, The service area is amazing, as well as my first experience. More
