Disappointing The first time I went to get my car lease was great. my second experience was unprofessional. I always recommended smithtown Nissan, but unfortunately The first time I went to get my car lease was great. my second experience was unprofessional. I always recommended smithtown Nissan, but unfortunately I can't now. I spoke to a customer service rep on the phone about my experience. It's a shame because I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and still had to deal with gimmicky and terrible service from the sales associate. If he wasn't rude I would have gave him a 10 liked he asked for. almost all the questions we asked were avoided. The manager knew what he was doing and talking about, but I don't know if he was aware of the service we were actually getting. I was pretty much confirming every important part of the transaction with him and not the sales person. I have to pick a person so I put the financial woman's name because she was great. I do not remember the sales associate nor do I want to. On a side note, The service area is amazing, as well as my first experience. More
