Amazing First Buyer Experience I recently purchased my first new vechicle. Going into the dealership I didn’t know what to expect. I spoke with Manager, Jesus Ramirez, who explained I recently purchased my first new vechicle. Going into the dealership I didn’t know what to expect. I spoke with Manager, Jesus Ramirez, who explained to me some of the great deals and directed me to Kenneth Koos. Kenneth was amazing. He helped me chose the right car for me within my budget and meeting all of my needs. I’ve previously been told that car dealerships can be intense especially with pressures to buy. I’m pleased to say that I did NOT experience any of this. I feel comfortable with my new car (before, during and after my purchase). Kenneth and Jesus are amazing and extremely patient (which is a bonus because I can be indecisive and I was nervous). I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a car. When I was waiting for keith while he was submitting my paperwork, the other employees asked if I was being helped or if I needed anything. The woman in the finance department was great too. It was the shortest time I ever spent at a dealership. They went above and beyond for me, and there wss absolutely no "car salesman" attitude whatsoever.
