I hadn't bought a new car in a long time and was actually considering a late model used car.But I saw a car I liked in front of Smithtown Volkswagen, and walked over to look and it so happened that Bob Ribau considering a late model used car.But I saw a car I liked in front of Smithtown Volkswagen, and walked over to look and it so happened that Bob Ribaudo was outside.I asked about the car,he was very amicable,and engaging,gave me his card,and several days later,came back and test drove the car and liked it.Bob then walked me through the application process,making me feel quite at ease and sure of my decision.The very next day Bob texted me that everything was fine When I arrived to complete everything Bob presented the car to me beautifully cleaned and polished with a full tank of gas.We then went inside and I completed the initial buying process with Mike,who had everything perfectly laid out to complete the initial process quickly.Bob is a great guy,I couldn't imagine someone more helpful dealing with a buyer who hadn't bought a new car in a long time.A top notch pro.As was Mike in helping me with the financial warrantee and service requirements stuff.A great experience all around.I will highly recommend Smithtown Volkswagen and Bob Ribaudo,to anyone shopping for a car More
