great service my car needed an oil change, inspection, & had two recalls. I made an appointment with Smithtown VW, and was able to drop off my car the night before my car needed an oil change, inspection, & had two recalls. I made an appointment with Smithtown VW, and was able to drop off my car the night before & everything was done the morning of my appointment in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the service I received & the care given to me & my vehicle. The only thing I needed to pay for was the inspection. More

Excellent service On a Friday night I started my car and just about every warning light on the dash lit up. I took it in for service on Saturday morning without a prior reservation and was told this was not a problem. The shop worked their magic and I had my car back, completely repaired, by 4:00pm. I purchased a brand new car and after I got the “detailed” car - it was filthy, stickers still on the car, accessories still in their plastic wrappings and the car was given to me with a half of tank of gas. When I had a question regarding a light in the car- the service guy was dismissive and rude. I would purchase another car from them because SALES were great but I’m second guessing having my vehicle serviced there in the future. More
