Great Whole sale process was smooth and informative. Didn't feel like a typical sales attempt. The financial rep delayed the process without acknowledging us or the fact that she made us wait almost an extra hour just to sign the departing papers which was only about a 10 min process to complete. 10000 mile check up and recall repair I scheduled service one week prior. The repair was for my VW 10000 mile first year service and a repair for a factory recall. I left the vehicle for service and returned several hours later. Even though I had a month left on my NYS inspection I request that also be done. Upon arrival I entered was courteously met by the Service Assistance. She was prepared when I check in and I left in less than five minutes. She called before I was to pick-up and notified me the service was completed. Check out was quick and easy and I left. Vehicle was left in a convenient location clean. I appreciated the VW courtesy car wash. More

Excellent Used Car Purchase Experience I did some research on line and was looking for a Certified 2016 Tiguan SE. Went to Smithtown VW and looked at the cars there. Despite it being a bu I did some research on line and was looking for a Certified 2016 Tiguan SE. Went to Smithtown VW and looked at the cars there. Despite it being a busy Memorial Day I was approached by an associate in a timely manner and took a quick test drive. When I mentioned I was interested in the Tiguan, Bob Ribaudo took over. In a friendly, no pressure way a deal was worked out for the Tiguan as well as a reasonable trade in price for my 2007 Santa Fe. When I arrived to pick up the car everything was ready. The Tiguan looked great. Bob went over the various functions of the car's more modern infotainment system. I was treated as if I purchased a more expensive new car. I wish buying a car was always this easy. Ivy Feinsilver handled the paper work. No hidden fees. No pressure. Again friendly and efficient. I hope my Tiguan remains as hassle free as its purchase! Great first experience Came in for an oil change..it was my 1st time using the service center. It was done quickly and Danielle went over everything.
