I can schedule my appointment online, get a confirmation and even I indicate if I will be Dealing with Smithtown VW service centre couldn't be easier. I can schedule my appointment online, get a confirmation and even I indicate if I will be waiting or need a ride. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. WiFi makes it a cinch to work while I wait. My service rep explained what was being done and broke down the costs ahead of time. I waited upstairs in the lounge and my car was ready as promised in about 90 minutes. All in all a very easy and quick process from scheduling to driving away. and they even provide a complimentary carwash certificate. I highly recommend this center.. More
