Having spoken with no less than five VW dealerships in the area, Bob was able to give me the lowest monthly payment, with all taxes and fees rolled in as I had requested. No bait and switch when I got there, just a great deal! One downside was that once I was in the dealership, the whole experience took forever from the time I arrived until I left with my vehicle (I checked my watch and I had been there for over three hours). However, small price to pay for getting the best deal. Thanks Bob! More

But meeting a very friendly salesman like Bob Ribaudo made the nerve racking experience into something pleasant & comfortable. He showed exceptionally positive attitude, We did not feel rushed nor ignored. Throughout the transactions we stayed late hours to complete the necessary sales documents. Bob did not show any signs of tiredness but we were exhausted.. IDK where he gets his energy.. He must like his job.. 😊 if he is my co-worker, I will definitely nominate him to be the employee of the year.. The experience was a smooth as can be..
