Brought my car in for a 20,000 mile service. There is a recall for brakes on my car they checked it and found my brakes needed to be changed. They told me my head gasket is leaking an needed t There is a recall for brakes on my car they checked it and found my brakes needed to be changed. They told me my head gasket is leaking an needed to be changed. It was on a Saturday and told me he would call me Monday to set up an appointment so he can give me a loaner. He called me Monday setup the appt, I dropped the car off. Got a call a couple of days later saying the head gasket can't be done we have to replace the head. Also we are replacing your transmission. I said ok what is wrong with my transmission. He told me the issue. I do have the extended warranty for my car but this was all under the regular warranty. They replaced all and of course no charge. More
