Went in for check engine light, and an inspection. Was told that car would be ready by 5 PM received notice when on way there that car was not going to be ready till the next day. next day show up at Was told that car would be ready by 5 PM received notice when on way there that car was not going to be ready till the next day. next day show up at 5 PM. Car is not ready. Have to leave. Come back the next day car is ready, but nothing is done that was supposed to have been done so had to come back and get the work done and then could leave. A loaner car was never available every time we asked for it. It’s just bad business. More

A Recall was serviced, fixed a tire, did inspection and did another repair. All of this was done to my satisfaction of the work performed by Sam a very talented mechanic. I brought my car in for an issue with the travel assist. I received a phone call where the worker told me I needed new tires, balance, shocks struts and more. I was sent photos of the underneath of the ca I received a phone call where the worker told me I needed new tires, balance, shocks struts and more. I was sent photos of the underneath of the car and told it will cost over $4000. As I went back and forth with the worker I eventually asked about the warranty as I was told nothing was covered. The worker insisted my car was a 2020. It’s a 2022. All the info provided to me was wrong. I had to provide my vin where the worker finally realized they mixed up the car. The response was your cars ready to be picked up. They fixed the travel assist. No charge. This experience does not give me faith in this dealership. More
