The easiest, most friendly experience I’ve ever had buying a truck. I set up an appointment to meet with Brian and take my new GMC Sierra for a ride. We got back to the dealership and Brian told me all buying a truck. I set up an appointment to meet with Brian and take my new GMC Sierra for a ride. We got back to the dealership and Brian told me all about the truck and its options and how everything works, we even talked back-and-forth on his day off. The negotiations were quick and easy, we signed the papers and Brian once again was going over all the options in the truck when we drove out of the lot we fully understood what a great experience buying a truck from Snell Chevrolet in Mankato really is. This was my first vehicle buying experience where I felt that I was in control of the process. I found the vehicle on-line. I called the dealership to learn more about the vehicle. I wound up speaking wi that I was in control of the process. I found the vehicle on-line. I called the dealership to learn more about the vehicle. I wound up speaking with Brian. He answered my questions, sent additional photos and reserved the vehicle until I could travel to see it. He put me in contact with Levi in Financing, He got me a great rate and extended warranty to meet my needs. I traveled nearly 500 miles one way to make this purchase. Brain and his Team made sure that everything was right with the vehicle and satisfactory for me. I have been recommending Snell to everyone who is commenting on my "new" used Silverado. Jeff More

Brian has been nothing short of AMAZING! ! He has been on the look out for an Acadia for me for almost 2 years. One came in that was exactly what I wanted and he’s been great helping me out w ! Jerry Netland is an outstanding salesperson who gladly shares decades of automotive expertise and provides excellent pre-sale AND post-sale service with the customer's needs and preferences in focus. We were shopping for a crossover on the smaller end of the spectrum (hey, people who like to climb a ladder to get into the cabin... more power to you! but that's not exactly our style), and Jerry understood us quite well. We made a good deal for both sides, and the process went smoothly without much surprise. But what's really significant is how Jerry went well above-and-beyond for us AFTER the sale. When we returned from a long vacation on a Saturday afternoon to a totally dead vehicle battery and couldn't even unlock the doors (service department was already closed), he personally drove to our house, showed how to use the physical key to open the driver's door, jump-started our car, and resolved the anti-theft engine immobilizer. He didn't have to do all that, and we would have been stuck outside our car on a busy weekend. I lithely asked Jerry, "Are you this nice to ALL of your customers?" and he smiled. Snell Buick offers a comfortable, attractive showroom. They were willing to be reasonable with us on price. For example, when some of the complicated add-on packages had some overlaps, the finance specialist showed us how to save a couple hundred of dollars. Working with a sales professional like Jerry who can see from both sides of the transaction and who looks out for both parties' interests makes the difference between a cold, greedy dealership and a friendly, caring local business. Highly recommend Jerry Netland and Snell Buick based on our experience! More
