Terrible - two hours for an oil change. Supposed to fix rear washer and service mgr told us they spent 45 minutes on it because it was frozen. No way. Service slip actually stated it "was working at this rear washer and service mgr told us they spent 45 minutes on it because it was frozen. No way. Service slip actually stated it "was working at this time". NOT!! It still don't work!! Car was a quart low on oil and was stinking. Thank gosh we checked it at home - they could wreck someone's vehicle. We will never go back here!! So many people waiting we couldn't even get in the so-called waiting area. More
