Brian helped me through a challenge I had with another dealer that had delayed and delayed delivery on a truck for me by finding a new truck for me. On the finance/paperwork side, Levi was the fastest I've ever experienced! He was ready when I arrived for my appointment and had me out of the office in 20 minutes (maybe less!) compared to sitting for over two hours at past purchases. Very happy guy here. More

After a very LONG search for a new SUV, I finally found one at Snell Motors in Mankato. After searching all morning online I sent my husband in to check out what I was interested in. After checking out the different options of Acadias my husband called and said we have to go back and look again tonight. Meanwhile, I did the 'value your car' at snell.com and got a call within 30 minutes. When we arrived at Snell Matt and (sorry I forget his name) the guy that valued our trade both met us in the parking lot and had one of the cars we were interested in pulled right up for us! This was huge for me after I terrible experience with a different unnamed dealer recently. In with our old car at 3:45 and leaving with our new SUV by 5:30! Great Job Matt and Snell Motors! More
