Very dissatisfied with Snell Motors. Took my Acadia in because I needed a motor for my electric seat. They charged me $150 and told me I needed a motor for my electric seat. Not what I expected. My husband and I drove down from Minneapolis, MN to view a vehicle I saw online at Snell Motors. After contacting Brian Holmen, I asked for a virtual video tour of the vehicle I was interested in, he compl a vehicle I saw online at Snell Motors. After contacting Brian Holmen, I asked for a virtual video tour of the vehicle I was interested in, he complied in short fashion and presented me with a personalized tour of MY 2016 Nissan Rogue. I say MY because after the computer tour, we came down to Snell Motors and the SUV was just like the video, clean and sharp. Brian was personable and caring in his approach, and explained everything. This indoor facility at Snell Motors was immaculate and welcoming. Customers could view vehicles without having to get out in the cold. We would recommend Snell Motors to anyone looking for their special car, truck, or SUV. The financing went smooth and the finance guy answered all our questions; so, since I was purchasing a pre-owned SUV I decided to add on an extended warranty for my peace of mind. We are retired folks and don't want any surprises in the future, even though there was a 30 day warranty; so, extended warranty was perfect. I didn't really think you could get one on a used vehicle with mileage. All in all it was worth the 1.5 hour trip to get to Snell Motors - THEY WERE TERRIFIC AND I AM SO HAPPY WITH MY SUV. PAT T. More
