The work, pick up, and delivery were good. I was quoted a price and when the bill exceeded it I was told 'she doesn't know '. If that is true, she shouldn't be quoting customers. Oil change was done incorrectly and oil appeared not to have been changed at all. Oil filter was installed with old and new washer causing a major oil leak. We had to have the it corrected 45 minutes into have been changed at all. Oil filter was installed with old and new washer causing a major oil leak. We had to have the it corrected 45 minutes into our trip. Notified Katie about this...she was supposed to send me an email so I could provide her with the corrected repair paper work. But is was never recieved. Very fortunate to not have destroyed the engine. More

Initially the price was good. Pete was knowledgeable. The cloising process should have been more transparent. Adding "service fee' to the transaction was wrong.
