The service advisors are good and keep you up to date. But the techs constantly screw up. Fuel filter housing was cracked after they changed the fuel filters and they blamed it on a part failure. Electri But the techs constantly screw up. Fuel filter housing was cracked after they changed the fuel filters and they blamed it on a part failure. Electrical issues were blamed on my accessories. They had the truck for almost a month and wouldn’t provide a loaner car. Eventually they found the issue and it was clearly not my accessories. Streerjng wheel got all scuffed up On one occasion causing it to need to be replaced. More
