I took my motorhome to Soren’s Ford Service Department had it towed there at great expense because I was told that that was the place to be. I want to preface by saying that everytime that I take my truck in for service the team is always professional and courteous. The reason for four stars instead of five is because the last three times th truck in for service the team is always professional and courteous. The reason for four stars instead of five is because the last three times that I have had an issue other than mainance, I was told that I needed a $200 diagnostic test. I did my research on the problem letting them know what the solution was and they tried it and were able to fix the issue. This vivist was the same thing, I told them the problem and what I thought was the solution. They said that they would try to check the fuse that I beleive was the cause. They said that the fuse was good and that I would need a diagnostic test. I went on Youtube and found a video of my truck with the same problem. They should me the two fuses that could be the cause. The dealership checked one and not the other as it was listed in my detailed recipt. I went to the auto store and bought a 50 cent fuse and swapped it out. Problem solved. My hope here is that in the future the mechanics use technology to see what are common solutions to our automotive problems instead of trying the expensive tests that are usually are not needed. Please stop pushing these expensive tests. Right now you are 0-3 with pushing this uneeded test. Thnak you More
