Audra had no idea what was going on. She basically pushed everything off on a Ford update that’s coming Sometime in 2025. Offered no other solution, but I need to buy all new tires. Would not try new tires on without charging a fee to see if that fix the issue. Went to a different dealership and my car is all fixed without any of that. Will never be back. More
