This is the third vehicle purchased from Sorens. The prices were reasonable, but the reason we keep coming back is the ‘after sale’ service. Steer Clear I bought a BRAND new vehicle and it was just a disaster of a vehicle. Management and Ownership tries to make you think they're on your side, when truly they want nothing but more money. I tried in good faith after many repairs to get Soeren's Owner to do more for me, but NOTHING but lip service. I'm so happy I traded that vehicle away now and went to a luxury brand and not have to worry about their poor service (not to mention an owner that is VERY out of touch). Just remember, MANY better dealerships exist in the Milwaukee area. It was interesting, I was telling of my issues at breakfast one morning and the person next to me said, must have been the owner of Soeren's. Funny how they have a name but put the tag line "Home of the good guys....or is it now Simply Soeren's." Whatever it is, take your business elsewhere-you'll be glad you did. More
