Hi, I’m reaching out because after my recent service appointment, where my tires were rotated, one of my hubcaps came off shortly after I left the dealership. I was unable to find it. I’m disappointed this happened immediately following the service, and I’m surprised to hear that it isn’t being addressed or replaced by your team.
