Sharing a very NEGATIVE experience with Somersworth Nissan. We purchased a used vehicle recently and within days had to replace the clutch, costing us $2,000. We told Somersworth Nissan management, and Nissan. We purchased a used vehicle recently and within days had to replace the clutch, costing us $2,000. We told Somersworth Nissan management, and they were dismissive and offered a measly $250 service credit- far from reasonable. We did buy an extended warranty. After not coming to a fair resolution with the management team, we escalated it to the owners. After further conversations we agreed to split the cost 50/50 and to sign a statement stating we wouldn’t talk negatively about our experience publicly, at their request. The owner suddenly backed out of the agreement when we said we were “okay” with this offer vs. saying we were “happy”, and we were told we had a “bad attitude.” A business that refuses to take accountability for selling a faulty vehicle and treats their customers with such disrespect does not deserve anyone’s trust. If you are considering buying a new car from Somersworth Nissan, proceed with extreme caution. More

Luke was the salesman who helped me find the perfect car. Coming in to Nissan was a great experience everyone is cheerful, and happy and make the time you spend there enjoyable. After going through Nissan the last three leases the people never fail to amaze me how friendly and attentive everyone is any questions, concerns or details i wanted to know were answered immediately. Having a salesman that can joke, and also remain professional makes for a great and enjoyable experience. I’ve stayed loyal to Nissan for my vehicles due to the service, and the people I have spoken and worked with. Anyone looking for a new car I couldn’t recommend Luke enough! He’s amazing. 😊 More

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. He was wonderfully patient as I took the time I needed to learn about and compare an array of different makes of vehicles at different dealerships. He also answered my many questions since my previous car lacked many modern features. This dealership’s close relationship with the nearby Enterprise Rent-a-Car branch simplified pick up of my new car and return of my rental, eliminating delay and the need for additional logistics. I had a terrible experience with this dealership. It took seven hours just to complete the paperwork to purchase the car. During the test drive, the car was nearly out of gas, and despite being promi It took seven hours just to complete the paperwork to purchase the car. During the test drive, the car was nearly out of gas, and despite being promised a full tank upon pickup, it wasn’t. They eventually sent someone to fill it up, but the car came back with only half a tank. Within 72 hours of owning the car, the check engine light came on, and I noticed a concerning noise from the front end. Given that I work with rescue animals and can’t afford to be stranded with a broken-down vehicle, I immediately contacted them to return the car. Instead of handling the issue professionally, I was laughed at and told I could return the car—but only for over $3,000 less than what I had just paid, despite being initially told by Dustin that they’d make a different lower offer. Trevor stated the owner would not buy back the car for what I had paid less than 3 days prior. I was shuffled between seven different people during this ordeal, and none of them seemed to communicate effectively with each other. The entire experience was disorganized, unprofessional, and felt like a classic example of the “stereotypical used car salesman” behavior. Read plenty of other reviews similar to this on all of the other platforms before purchasing from this dealership. In the end I lost over $4,000 returning the car. They knew I couldn't trade a problematic car anywhere else and backed me into a corner with only one way out of it. They also did 6 hard pulls on my credit even though I was told they would only do one hard pull with a couple soft pulls that fall off immediately. More
