This was my first time in a dealership, so I was a bit nervous. My experience at first was rough! But between John, Ethan and Michael finding the right vehicle that worked with my credit and dealing with nervous. My experience at first was rough! My 16 almost 17 year old daughter decided that she wanted to get out of her "mom mobile" and Into a vehicle of her choosing. I went into the dealership with a price that she was able to afford not expecting to get out of her "mom mobile" and Into a vehicle of her choosing. We were introduced to Rodney who made the shopping experience much less painful than I had anticipated, and was a pure pleasure to work with. He didn't waste our time showing us vehicles that weren't in her price range and try to sell us something that we didn't want. My daughter loves her new car!!! Very happy with the sales rep Ethan. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Found a vehicle that was nice but was a bit over valued. Then they looked at my trade in and under valued it by 3,500 to start then pi knowledgeable. Found a vehicle that was nice but was a bit over valued. Then they looked at my trade in and under valued it by 3,500 to start then picked it apart and handed me an itemized audit showing me another 3000 in deductions it was insulting. They wouldn’t budge on price and devalued my trade so much it wasn’t worth it. Next day I went to a different dealer got my dream truck at an appropriate price and was paid full kbb value for my trade in. Do your research. I’ve been a customer for 15 years. Not sure what changed but arrogant sales managers and the bottom line has definitely made Somersworth Nissan a no buy zone for me and anyone I know. More
