Another thing I really liked was the salesmen were not pushy about getting you inside to wheel and deal. Very comfortable environment. Terrible as son as I can though the door! Just went by to ask if they had a second hand Xterra, I was greeted instantly by a salesperson even before I went in. After They agreed to place on a waiting list, the salesperson insisted I fill out a whole page of info and after making it clear I was not interested in doing so 3 times I stormed out. To be followed by another salesperson. This salesperson then was screaming at me to return. The this person then told me I was rude and walked out on them cause I had a Yankees baseball team hat on, very RUDE. Please keep away from this place, they are very unprofessional right from the beginning! More

The best of the best! In 2013, my husband, being very knowledgeable about cars found this dealership and took our 2005 Pathfinder in for service. He had had his fair share In 2013, my husband, being very knowledgeable about cars found this dealership and took our 2005 Pathfinder in for service. He had had his fair share of service department people who talked a good talk but provided less than satisfactory service on the car. After visiting Somersworth, he could not say enough about the service department people being honest and knowledgeable about the work they performed on the car. This past July, needing extensive repairs to the Pathfinder I visited the service department for an evaluation of the car. Allen was very professional, extremely helpful, and very honest in providing me the information I needed in order for me to make a decision as to whether I should keep the car or not. It was a major investment for me to get the car repaired but the car was fixed and returned to me in excellent condition. In October I took it to get it winterized and again the service was wonderful, I did experience a slight problem and J.P. went the extra mile to make sure the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. When I brought it back to get the problem addressed, I dealt with Jason who was extremely helpful, professional, and very informative in explaining to me what was happening to the car while it was being serviced. However, I cannot complete this review without commenting on Anthony Nasuti the mechanic who in addition to making the minor repairs, also replaced the running boards on the car. He spent a great deal of time and effort making sure the job was done to perfection! It's an amazing experience to find a service department one can really trust their car with! More

Three times they have washed it, i have had to wash it when i got home. Buy a vehicle there, get it serviced there, but do no get it washed or detailed there. More
