He was extremely knowledgable, very personable, and at no time during the buying process did we feel pressured into purchasing a vehicle or accessories that we did not want. He went out of his way to go over every detail of our vehicle with us prior to leaving the lot, and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. Most amazingly, he even contacted us a number of days after buying just to make sure we did not have any additional questions about the vehicle, and that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Friendly, patient and easy to work with I have serviced my cars at Sommers for many years, but had never had the opportunity to purchase from them until earlier this month. I have always bought my vehicles in Illinois, but due to the service department being so great, I really wanted to give my business this time around to Sommers. Due to the fact that I was looking at used vehicles, it took approximately two and a half months to find the car I was looking for. Adam was extremely patient and never once tried to pressure me into purchasing something I wasn't interested in. He gladly let me try out car seats in different models so that I could figure out what was best for my growing family and never seemed to mind when I wanted to see 'one more car'. Adam was professional, easy to work with and never come across as 'salesy'. I would gladly recommend him to friends and family (and I already have!) as well as purchase another vehicle from him.
