I was so excited to buy my first Subaru and Joe was excellent! I was probably one of the more bizarre customers he's had. I had been trolling for a Subaru for the past 2yrs and new what I was looking for when I walked onto the lot. I found my used 2010 Impreza right away and Joe came out to greet me. He answered all of my questions regarding the AWD, transmission, safety, etc. He just grinned when I had to sit in the back to see about the leg room but hopped right in the other side. He was right, plenty of leg room. He popped the hood so he could explain the engine mounting in regards to safety and went over everything. He was thorough and knowledgable and never pressed me for a sale. He followed up with me even after the sale to make sure all was well and that I was happy with my purchase. I'm very happy to have met Joe and with a soon to be 16yr old, I'm 100% sure I will revisit him in the next few years! Thanks Joe for making this a memorable experience! More
I recently purchased a 2012 GMC Acadia from Sommers. George was very friendly and helpful. Josh gave us an excellent education about the choices that would meet our needs. He was more concerned that we were getting the car that met our needs and we would be satisfied with than getting the sal that would meet our needs. After a disappointing experience with another area Subaru dealership, my husband called Sommer’s Subaru in Mequon to see if they would be able to get me into the STI I wanted at a more affordable price. A fortunate turn of events connected us with Jeremy Stilb, who not only offered us a better monthly price (by roughly $200 per month) right off the bat, but also made the experience so pleasant, we came back to him a year later for an Outback. Each time we worked with Jeremy, he was friendly and authentic. Jeremy is someone you enjoy talking to throughout the process. He openly relates his own experiences and family needs to help get his customers into a vehicle that is suited to their lifestyles. What’s more impressive is that he does this in a way that is sincere; you never get the feeling he’s schmoozing you, or worse, trying to take you for a ride. We were also impressed by Jeremy’s professionalism and work ethic. He works hard at locating the car you want, not the car he has on hand. When we were shopping for our second Subaru, Jeremy walked us through the various options available on the Outback and paid attention to the features we did and did not want. He did not push options that weren’t relevant to our needs and even contacted other dealerships to find us the model we wanted. If you are looking for a new vehicle, I suggest getting into a Subaru. Aaron delivered the car when I went to pick it up and followed up with me a few days later resulting in me purchasing a few accessories and having them installed at your dealership. The pricing for the accessories was outstanding and beat every internet price I could find. After the install Andy Johnson and a young lady followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with everything. Not only am I satisfied but I also own a Mercedes C class and never have received this kind of excellent service from the Mercedes dealer. They should take a lesson from you. Everything about my buying experience is outstanding with the best price around and the best service I have ever received. I have recommended your dealership to family and friends, something I rarely do, because of the integrity you have demonstrated. No, I had never visited Sommer's before this purchase but the next time I buy a car they will be on my short list of dealers. I actually came into the dealership to look at a used vehicle. The amount of the monthly payment was my main concern. I had never looked into leasing, but heard "things" about it, good and bad. Don explained how leasing worked, and it was something that I felt would work well for me. Don was so helpful, but not pushy at all. I truly feel he was looking out for my best interest. He offered one vehicle for my to try, but it wasn't the right "fit". Then a second, and I fell in love with the GMC Terrian. Mike Vandehey in the Business Department was very helpful and worked with my husband and myself to set up the financing. Sales Mgr, Rick, was so nice also. I feel all three gentleman were sincerely happy to see me get my new vehicle, and not just to chalk up another transaction. I think they were happy because they made me happy! More
