Jim showed us our options, talked through the key pieces and what to expect next. My car wasn’t on site. He communicated every step of the way through emails and phone calls to let me know where things were at. When I bought my first (used) car at a different dealership I had a really bad experience. I’m very glad we went to Sommer’s Subaru this time because this experience was 100% better. I would recommend Sommer’s and Jim to anyone who was looking for a Subaru. More

Then Steve was recommended by a family member. Upon first contact he was responsive, flexible and extremely considerate to me. Steve located the Crosstrek I was looking and things just happened seamlessly. I felt like Steve was extremely respectful of my time. Things that could happen over the phone or by email did and when I came in to get my car I appreciated how streamlined the whole process was. The whole experience was easy. Such High Integrity Craig Knabe made my first car buying experience so wonderful. I went in thinking I needed a specific truck. One that had a pretty hefty price tag. After talking with Craig at length about why I thought I needed a truck, he suggested I try test driving several other smaller SUVs and an Outback, all of which would more than take care of my hauling needs (and they fit my budget). I fell in love with the Subaru Outback, but more than that, I fell in love with the experience I had with Craig at Sommer's. He could have easily sold me that truck. That's what I went in for! A truck that he would have made him a higher commision. Instead, he took the time to listen to my needs, and he found me the perfect car for me. AND, to top it off, it was a car that better fit my budget. I will always highly recommend Craig for your car buying needs. More
