Will find another Subaru dealer Haven't had any experience with the sales department, but my experience with the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Came in with a check e Haven't had any experience with the sales department, but my experience with the service department leaves a lot to be desired. Came in with a check engine light that they said would be fixed by installing a new catalytic converter. The light came back on within a week. In the months since they've been unable to diagnose the problem with my engine despite having "Master Technicians" and the vehicle's computer system. Just today I was in for scheduled maintenance. It's just an overpriced oil change. Services I was told over the phone would be completed were not done. Shame on me for not getting the quote in writing, but the only reason I scheduled with them was because of what I was sold over the phone. They didn't even get the oil I requested right. I'll avoid going here for any future service, and when it's time to buy a new Subaru you can be sure that I'll go out of my way to avoid Sommer's and recommend my friends do likewise. More

Amazing customer service I recently purchased my 2nd Subaru from Sommers. Michael Christiano, Business Manager, gave me the information I needed to take to the DMV. He contacted me on several occasions to make sure things were going as planned. Illinois DMV required another form so I called Michael who promptly gave me the name and number at the State of Wisconsin dept. My registration was completed thanks to his expertise! I could not thank him enough , he said it's just the way Sommers provides customer service. I say Sommers is AWESOME and so is Michael! More
