Quality, simplicity, and not a bunch of fluff goes along with the process. Our sales representative know the model inside and out. Other competing brand salestaff were always apologizing for not knowing answers to technical details of their product. We received a complete review of our car’s features and operation. We bought the car at a fair price. We could not beat the Honda price when negotiating competing brands that did not equal the quality but were comparable in features. The final price was the final price. That a first in 45 years of purchasing a new car. The facility is clean and inviting. The car sells itself. Service bays were also clean and uncluttered. Honda is a Swiss watch. Other brands were less precise and less smooth. More

My husband and I decided to speak to David about purchasing another vehicle due the other total loss car while there. We were not surprised when we were told David was with another customer, but we insisted on waiting for him because we wanted excellent service. David delivered high quality excellent services just as expected. 5 stars is not a high enough rating for the service we received today. You won't find that happening at most dealerships Son's Honda recently took my car in for an oil change and antifreeze check on a Saturday after 4pm. You won't find that happening at most dealerships. After the service, the mechanic came out and explained the antifreeze setting and showed and explained to me the color of the antifreeze at that moment. He also explained the rear brake noise I hear when backing out of the driveway. Have always been very happy with service at Son's Honda. More

When I walked in, I felt like the red carpet was laid out for me. I was looking for a 1st car for my 16 year old son. They found a Honda civic PERFECT for him right in the price range I was looking for . They made what could have been a very stressful experience a very happy one. I am SO grateful for the time everyone took to answer all my questions and make sure they got the job done! At Sons Honda, they truly care about every person that walks in the door.
